Hello and Welcome!

We’re Allen and Rachel Chin, and in 2021, we traded Washington’s rain for Idaho’s beauty, and we’ve never looked back. Our days are filled with design projects, real estate and keeping up with our two incredible kids—one of whom has special needs, plus our mini Goldendoodle, Cooper, and Biscuit, our Holland lop bunny (yes, it’s a bit of a zoo around here!).

Home is everything to us, not just as a place to live but as a space that truly works for the people in it. Our son is homeschooled, and our daughter, who is deaf, attends a local school with a specialized deaf program. American Sign Language is part of our daily lives, and so is our love for creating spaces that feel just right.
